PHONE TEXT MESSAGING LAW PASSED:
Colorado drivers may NOT talk on their cell phones without the use of some sort of hands-free device, like BLUETOOTH.
Drivers under the age of 18 may not use cell phones AT ALL while driving.
Law takes effect on Tuesday, December 1, 2009
Fines for the first offense is $56.00, second offense is $106.00
